That’s a good question, because you hope
that the at-fault driver has bodily injury insurance. Bodily injury insurance
is what compensates you for the injuries that you have as a result of the
accident caused by somebody else. So if you have a broken arm, if you have a head
injury, if you have a broken knee/kneecap, lower back injuries, you hope someone has bodily injury coverage to cover your medical bills, your pain and suffering,
and your continued pain and suffering into the future, or what is called lost
enjoyment of life damages.
